Bass producer WibeZz, also known as Felix Wiele, has unveiled “DRIP,” a new collaborative single with Canadian vocalist May-Ah. The release is the pair’s third track together, continuing a partnership that started with a chance encounter at an Australian outdoor doof three years ago.
After meeting at the event, WibeZz and May-Ah kept in touch and soon began working on music remotely. Their first collaboration, “Illusions,” established the balance that remains central to their sound: emotional vocals set against adventurous, bass-forward production. “DRIP” builds on that foundation while taking their shared sound into deeper and more experimental territory.
WibeZz’s musical world moves through dubstep, freeform bass and 140 BPM sounds, often shaped by tribal percussion, cinematic atmosphere and intricate low-end design. His releases across multiple labels—particularly in the U.S. bass circuit—have helped define an approach that is constantly shifting rather than tied to one formula.
May-Ah’s vocal performance adds warmth and softness to “DRIP,” giving the track a memorable melodic pull amid its darker electronic textures. Together, the artists deliver a forward-facing bass record that feels equally suited to headphones and late-night festival systems.
